Nationals of this country can apply for a Non Immigrant Visitor carnet (FM3) if they intend to perform some activities of social assistance or voluntary work in private or public institutions provided they do not receive any salary or remuneration in Mexico. The FM3 can be valid up to one year.
There are two ways to apply for this FM3: A) directly through this Consular Office in London, or B) through the Mexican institution in Mexico before the National Institute of Immigration.
